To everyone who has enjoyed Dr Sheep and the Aardvark: Thank you so much for reading and for your support.  It has brought me enormous joy to share this story with you.  I hope you got a few chuckles out of it.

Although this is the end, next week I’m planning on posting my reflections on the story and, with the benefit of hindsight, what would I change if I were writing the same story again.  If you have any questions about the story, drop me a line and I’ll answer them too.

It feels strange to have finally brought the story to an end, knowing that I won’t have Dr Sheep and the Aardvark in my life, but at the same time it is very liberating knowing that I am free to start new projects of even just experiment with drawing and writing.  The future awaits.

Once again, thank you for reading, and all the best for 2009.

PS. Don’t forget: Silly Beggar (Coming this Spring).  Soon I will also have the Silly Beggar blog up and running and I’ll make a post to announce it too.

    *sigh*

It has been a great Sheepy Ride! I have laughed, cried and cheered my way through the story. It was marvelous and fun. I am still sad that it is over, but I look forward to further adventures in webcomics. You’ve won yourself a loyal fan.

Thanks for all the comics! I’m not going anywhere :)

Truly a sweet and hilarious story of amnesia, friendship, love, and the battle of good vs. evil. I will deeply miss this comic. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.

Thanks for all the great Dr. Sheep and Aardvark comics! You must have a lot of mixed feeling comic to the end like this. On one hand, it probably feels great to have the story completed. It’s quite an accomplishment. At the same time, you get in a habit of creating these strips over and over (and over) again, and it’ll feel weird not to have that.

I have been away on a post holiday trip to tropical Florida, where I turned 40 under a swaying palm tree on new years eve!

However, the first thing I did tonight was sit down and catch up on the last few episodes. It is quite the accomplishment (as tpiro said) to have a completed a full story from beginning to end, but also bittersweet. I know I will miss this comic, I’ve been following it almost as long as you’ve been drawing it, so it had become part of my ritual reading habits.

    Well done!!
